** General Introduction **

The DBF60Y10Z series motor generator sets are designed to convert 50Hz to 60Hz, as the power source for using 50Hz equipments in 60Hz locations. The electric motor and the alternator are mounted on a common shaft and inside a common frame.

The products are rated for continuous duty. They provide a clean source of 60Hz power isolated from switching transients, voltage fluctuations and power line noise. They have prominent technical advantages with reliable excitation, precise voltage regulation, no radio interference and best voltage waveform, and advanced integrated structure with the superiorities of small size, easy operation, steady performance and long service life. They also have high overload capability, outstanding dynamic characteristic and rugged fabrication which make them ideally suited for military applications where continuous run time in a harsh environment is required.
 

As an option, DBF60Y10Z series frequency converters can be mounted in a weather-proof enclosure, an accoustic-attenuated enclosure, a cargo container or a trailer.
