A: Yes, of course. If the sample is in the stock, we can send it very quickly. If the sample needs new mould, it will take some more days.

Q: Is the sample for free?

A: We can supply the samples for free, while the express cost is usually paied by the customer.

Q: If it needs new mould, is the mould for free?
