Shanghai Shuangshi Plastics Product CO., Ltd. is a medium-sized professional manufacturer of plastic tube packaging. Shanghai occupies an area of more than 20 units of area, invests a total of more than 12 million CNY in Phase I project, manufactures 5.4 million plastic tubes on a monthly basis and more than 60 million pieces of plastic tubes on a yearly basis. PhaseⅡProject has gone into the preparation. After phaseⅡProject has been put into operation, the total investment will reach more than 30 million CNY and annual production capacity will reach more than 160 million pieces.

Since foundation, Shanghai Shuangshi has started with a high point. Shuangshi has built standardized factory building and has introduced three most advanced Taiwan production lines and been equipped with multiple screen printers, hot-stamping machines and labelers which can manufactures single-layer, double-layer, three-layer and five-layer plastic tube. Shuangshi has strong development capability of moulds and dies and has invested more than 3 million CNY in the development of die tooling. The diameters of the tubes manufactured by Shuangshi include 16,19,22,25,30,35,38,40,45,50,55,60mm and the volume of the tube is 5-500ml and the tubes are equipped with multiple mouth pieces and tube cap. In addition to a company range of circular tubes, Shuangshi manufactures section tubes of multiple specifications such as oval tube and hyper-flat tube. A variety of tubes include tube for cosmetics, long flat nose tube for pharmaceuticals, tube for mustard sauce, lip balm tube, gear oil tube which are widely applied in the fields such as cosmetics, pharmanceuticals, foodstuff and chemicals.

To further improve the quality and management of the products, Shuangshi passed ISO90012000 quality certification system in March 2005 and is fully getting prepared for obtaining Registration Certificate of Medicine Packing Materials.
