The team is composed of experienced and skilled senior Battery Engineer and switch circuit engineers, 80% of products are exported directly and indirectly, which is a manufacturing enterprises with research, development, production and sales. At present, the company owns its research and development center (R&D department, engineering department), manufacturing centre(SMT workshop, Plug-in, after welding workshop), Quality control center( Purchasing Department, Warehouse management department, Quality inspection department, Aging workshop). Sales center(4 domestic and 2 international departments. Administration department (Finance department and HR department), production department and transformer manufacturing center(Samples and bulk department), possessing 150 employees in the factory, 17 people in R&D department. The area of office and factory is 2600 square meters, with four assembly lines, producing 5000-10000 pcs per day.

During the process of quality control, the company actively promote and implement the ISD9001 quality management system, four phases of management file, 8D report and enterpeise information resources management system, the quality assurance system covers from product development trial production and procurement of raw materials, process, product inspection and after sales service. QC department is responsible for all, the next procedure tests the former system. There are numbers of testing during the manufacturing process, with inspection in each section. The first time performing the electrical test, product samples loading aging test, the QC department confirm the products finally after the series of processes. The percentage of products passing tests is over 95%.

In recent years, our company keeps upgrading production capacity, purchasing automatic and semi-automatic production line and equipment, strengthen production management and improve staff quality, to meet the customers' requirements. The company has one production line in the transformer factory, all the transformers are made on our own. 2 automatic SMT production lines, 4 plug-in and after welding production lines. At the same time, 5000 sets of led drive power supply operate aging test.

Dali Power committed to its research for green led drivers, to replace the high consumption, low efficiency of LED circuit. Through continuous research and development, the current LED drive power products offer more than 140 types, and we will launch several new products during every three months. In addition, the company can develop new products according to customer's technical parameters and the requirements to develop new products, development cycle is 10-30 days, to ensure that customer needs.
