It has two serizes.One is large steel tube shot blasting machine,the other is steel shot blasting machine.Large steel shot blasting  machine has some advantages. 1) This Shot Blasting Machine is designed for the large,middle and small calibre size of the steel tube and the cylinder.
2) Impeller head locate at multi angle, which is the high efficiency blasting wheels, shot blasting with high-speed thick blasting pills and blowing on the surface to have a tridimensional and omnibearing cleaning,
3) To clean away the rusting layer, oxidation layer and other dirty things from surface quickly,
4) To make surface achieve a bright and clean surface and to improve the adhesion force of painting to surface and improve the anti-fatigue force and anti-rust capacity of surface,
5) Improve the inherent quality of surface and prolong the lifetime of steel tube.
6) Through using the mobile impeller head to strike the rusting layer,, oxidation layer and other dirty things on the internal wall, to achieve a bright and clean surface and to improve the adhesion force of painting to surface

This series is shot blast machine of pipe steel tube with  minimum type and cylinder for roller feed, and it mainly uses high-speed shots thrown by blast wheel of high effectiveness and strength, and impacts scale, rust layer, and other impurities on the surface of steel pipe so as to make it obtain refined and bright surface and improve pull-resisting and press-resisting strength of the workpiece surface with certain surface rough degree, which could improve adhesive strength for protection of surface paint residue and be helpful to improve paint quality of steel tube, reaching the purpose of corrosion-proof, protecting tube and extending use life of steel tube.
