Old hand made bricks were formed in wooden molds and then placed in wood burning ovens. They did not have exact dimensions and each brick had its own color and unique texture depending on the raw materials used. PLINTHOCHROME hand made bricks are formed by hand just like in the old days. However their composition and tempering is altered using state of the art technology. By this way PLINTHOCHROME hand made bricks conserve the virtues and esthetic of old bricks but with none of the problems of the old ceramic bricks.
