Five points double toggle clamping unit, finite-element analysis for platen design and modular structure to guarantee rigidity of clamp as well as prolonged operation life.
Double position and direction rotation platen is driven by hydraulic motor.
The mechanical, electric and hydraulic structures ensure rotating platen position accuracy and mold safety.
Mole cooling water easily connected from rotation platen center.
Rotation platen doesn’t touch the moving when in revolution, reducing friction and ensuring prolonged life.
* Hydraulic Unit:
Hydro-motor, pumps, valves, seals and high pressure hoses from prestigious brands ensuring high quality.
Advanced hydraulic system includes two independent PQ valves for each injection and ejection unit. Multi injection and ejection models can be set.
Controlled by high performance proportional valves, the pressure and speed of the rototion platen are controlled stage by stage, to ensure smooth snd accurate rotation of the platen.

All movements controlled by the transducers.
