Currently, lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO4) is becoming "the best-choice" for positive materials. And for large capacity, high power applications and light weight, Li-ion (polymer) Batteries would certainly takes good share in more and more areas, such as lawn mover, power tools, e-wheel chair, e-bike, e-car, e-bus etc.

 

The advantage of LiFePo4 cells are:

1.      Long cycle life. Up to 2000 times, you do not need to replace the battery in a long time. For some projects that take large trouble to replace a new battery, this is very important.

2.      High capacity. The capacity of LiFePo4 batteries is very high, you can assemble them in hundreds of series or parallel to get the power you need. While the good news is: the volume is only 1/2 or 1/3 to lead acid battery, and the weight only takes 1/3. It will be much easier to move them.

3.      Very safe. LiFePo4 is very safe material. You never need to worry about the safety issue when enjoy the convenience LiFePo4 battery brings.

4.      High discharge rate. This advantage solves the problems some electrical equipments meet when need large discharge current to start the engine or speed up. And again, this will make your batteries lighter and smaller.

 

Below are some models of the LiFePo4 polymer cells we produce. The capacity ranges from 2.5AH to 20AH, and the discharge rate ranges from 2C to 10C. Using these cells, we can build varies of battery packs according to your needs. Or, if you are qualified enough, you can also assemble them yourself.
