* properties in table above are shown in range because of few types of resins and are available for costumer demands.

The above data are laboratory data. They may vary in practice due to thermal exchange between resin and strata, surface properties of stone, humidity, pressure, and other factors.

Following our customers needs we are proud to announce about ability to develop Silpur products into unique range of properties . It gives advantage when standard application fails due to difficulties of strata sealing.

Application

Components A and B are delivered ready-to-use. They are injected in the proportion of 1:1 by volume using a two component injection pump equipped with a static in-line mixer

Please Note: The curing reaction time is significantly depend on the temperature of the PU resin, the rock and the ground water. Please store both components prior to application In at least 15°C

To achieve the best mixing of the components during injection, the inclusion of a static in-line mixer in connection with the mixing head is essential. The length of the static mixer should be min. 50cm long for correct mixing.

Composition and properties

  • SilPur US Flex neither expands its volume with water nor absorbs water

  • Penetrates cracks wider than 0.25 mm

  • Shows good adhesion to wet and dry substrates - 5 MPa after 30 minutes

  • Fast reaction also underwater

  • Very fast reacting material applied where structural strength and flexibility is required

  • Fire resistant

  • Good chemical stability

  • Static electricity discharge resistance. Safety for mining dealing with flammable substances, where a small electrical spark may ignite explosive mixtures.

  • Good compression strength even 90 MPa

  • Low reaction temperature, safety for mining dealing with high risk of a coal seam fire or mine fire or the underground smouldering of a coal deposit.

  • Good thermal conductivity rate gives ability to make good thermal isolation when heating, moisture and noise are disturbing.
