The following details are general for 2 kinds of the Cashew Peeling Machine:

5. The body of the machine

- The rotary pipe: the part being in directly contact with cashew nuts is made of stainless steel, and d0= 400 mm
6. The steel broom: used to make cracking lines on kernels of the cashew nuts. The rotary axis and steel broom are turned back each other to make the steel broom beat down the kernels.

+ After being had the cracking line on the shucks by the rotary axis and the broom, cashews are given by the conveyor belt, cleaned by the air compressor, next passed through the centrifuge in order to classify whole nuts and broken nuts, then gone out.
• To get high productivity during the process of producing, we have to carry out steps as follow:
- After being cutting from the shell, cashew nuts will be dried at the desiccative temperature of 80 degrees Celsius and time about 10 hours, and get the lowest moisture from 4 to 5 %.
- After that, cashew nuts are given out, and moistened by putting them on trays from 1 to 2 days. Until cashew nuts get the fixed moisture (from 5 to 6% ), and have a sticky substance between 2 cotyledons, they are passed through the machine.
