- TSS at 20 degree celcius is 8-10 degree brix

- Colour: Creamish White Or Pink

- Acidity (as citric acid): 0.4 - 0.55% W/W

- pH: 3.5 to 4.0 %

- Shelf Life: 18 months at normal ambient conditions.
