CHARACTERISTICS
Alpha Lipoic Acid is a substance normally present in animal (heart, liver and kidneys) and vegetable (broccoli, spinach and tomatoes) tissues. As effective Antioxidant, it’s able to regenerate oxidised forms of Vitamin C, Vitamin E, Coenzyme Q10 and Glutathione. As Cofactor, it participates to a number of enzymatic processes aimed at the conversion of Glucose and Fatty Acids in ATP (Adenosintriphosphate) and therefore in vital energy.
Acetyl L Carnitine is fundamental in fat metabolism since it links fatty acids enabling their entry in the mitochondria, where they are consequently “burnt” to produce energy. In Sports, it improves athletic performance and reduces fatigue symptoms as a result of the reduced formation of Ammonia and Lactic acid.
L Carnosine is a natural dipeptide, formed of the amino acids Alanine and Histidine, and contributes to the antioxidant protection of skeletal musculature and nervous tissue.
