Principle and Features of Rig Structure
1 ), Drill rig models and basic technical parameters conform to Chinese petroleum industry standards. All main components conform to API specifications.
2). The drilling rig is equipped with a diesel generator set as the power source and uses the direct current electric dirve mode ( by means of AC-SRC-DC) and the "one-to-two" control mode. These two modes feature advanced mechnical properties, convenient and reliable control, fully satisfying the needs of modern drilling technology.
3). The self lift (slingshot) type substructure is used. The mast and all equipment on the drill floor are assembled in a low position and then raised integrally.
4). The closed drawworks with stepless variable drive through four gear shifts and the turnover type sinking rotary drive case are used, all connections are made by cardan shafts. The drill floor is smooth and spacious.
5). The advanced solids control system is used, it features reasonable purifying process and novel structure.
