The MAXMAUV CTP Plate is a specially designed CTP plate with a high UV sensitive emulsion coating that makes it suitable for UV CTP platesetters.
By boosting and broadening the sensitivity of the coating emulsion and by modifying the substrate graining architecture, the MAXMA UV CTP Plate runs fast and excellently on the world’s leading brands UV CTP platesetters.

  • Processing temperature: 25 - 27 degrees Celsius
  • Processing dwell time: 35 - 25 seconds
     On-press
  • Run length: 150,000 runs (unbaked) and above 1,000,000 runs (baked)
  • Plate baking: 220 degrees Celsius for 5 minutes
