Hinged Door Design
Design of hinged door mainly includes four parts:
Steel structure design
Middle and surrounding frame is mainly built up by No.10 channel steels which are welded together. Appropriate measure will be taken to control the welding deformation of steel structure and ensure the size precision and flatness.
Decoration coating design
Steel structure will be covered with PVDF painting. Anti-corrosion processing will be the same with that applied on the steel structure.
Outer steel sheet will be 4mm thick steel sheet with good rigidity. The outer steel sheet will be connected with the steel structure by plug welding. The welding connection then will be grinded to be flat.
Sealing system
Top and bottom sealing and the sealing between the door panels shall be made from fiber reinforced EPDM which are free from crack and breach due to long time folding. This will ensure the sealing requirement of the door. Sealing rubber will be installed on the special aluminium profiles which are installed on the door structure.
Control system
Main control parts include local switch box, loop coil, and photo sensors. Logic control is made by PLC. Export driving parts include frequency inverter, motor and hydraulic driving system.
Supervisory control panel and control board could be installed in a remote control room. Driving power, controller, frequency inverter, mode selection switch (auto/manual), operation switch (open, close, stop), and interlock switch to each door are included in the control panel. Through the panel the operator could select between auto/manual modes, control each door, receive the status signal of each door, and indicate the current situation of each door (door failure, obstacle, loop coil failure, ect).
Function selection switch (local/auto/control room) is included in local control panel. When “control room” is selected, door operating include open, close and stop will be controlled from control room.

Day-lighting widows could be arranged upon request.
Personnel door could be arranged upon request.
Remote control function from overhead crane operator could also be satisfied upon request.
