Dried Chicory Cubes

The sizes range from 10mm to 18mm

5% variation of 5-10mm and 5% above 18mm

Moisture percentage by weight is 8-12% maximum

We can also supply organic dried Chicory cubes on

a contract basis.

 

Roasted Chicory Cubes

The roasted Chicory cubes is passed from 18mm and

retain on 2mm wire mesh. Above 18mm would be 5% and below 2mm size would be 5%. Average 18mm to 2mm size is 90%.

Moisture percentage by weight maximum is 4%

Total ash percentage maximum of 8-5%. Minimum

extractability is 73-75%.

 

 

Roasted Chicory Powder

Golden brownish in color with maximum

moisture of 4-5% and extractability of 63-67%.

Roasted Chicory powder is used in mixing with coffee.

 

Roasted Chicory Grain

Golden brownish in color with maximum moisture

of 4-6% and extractability of 63-66%. We can supply

various grind size and roasting as per your specifications.

 

Chicory Liquid Extract  (Roasted )

Chicory Liquid extract is prepared from roasted Chicory roots or cubes. It is dark brown to black liquid color.

 

Instant Chicory Powder

Instant Chicory powder is made by dry spraying the liquid extracts. Instant Chicory powder is used in mixing with coffee.
