Tack time 

Initial tack time is about 1 to 2 minutes. Strong bond is developed within 24hrs and fully cured within 7 days. It may differs with different ambient conditions.

What is Toluene?

 

Toluene is a clear, colourless volatile liquid which is commonly used for solvent for paints, lacquers, thinners, and adhesives.

a) Inhalation

b) Absorption through the skin

 

Harmful Health Effects

Inhaling of low to moderate levels of toluene can cause tiredness, confusion, weakness, drunken-type actions, memory loss, nausea, loss of appetite, and hearing and color vision loss. These symptoms usually disappear when exposure is stopped.

 

Inhaling high levels of toluene in a short time may cause light-headedness, nausea, or sleepiness. It can also cause unconsciousness, and even death. Repeatedly breathing toluene over long periods of time at work, or through deliberately "sniffing" or "huffing" glue or paint, can cause death, permanent brain damage, or depression. Repeated exposure to toluene in pregnant women may increase the risk of damage to the fetus and also may negatively affect kidney function
