2. seller issue fco
3. buyer countersign and returns fco to seller
4. seller issue draft contract to buyer, buyer countersign and send
returns.
5. seller issue partial pop to buyer
6. buyer issues mt103/23 payment for one month delivery
7. seller swift full pop to buyer
8: inspections by sgs for quantity and quality at buyers cost.
9. delivery commences as per contract.
