This is a Industrial Wiper Motor, Provision is made for changing the carbon brushes externally. Supported with Ball Bearings on Both sides of the Motor shaft. Motor Body is made out of Low carbon steel, End shields out of aluminum alloy. These are protected against corrosion by pretreatment and finally Electroplated. Hard Ferrite Magnets with high coervice force are used to get high starting torque at nominal voltage. Armature is dynamically balanced Long Life Carbon brushes of Copper Graphite content is used. Magnetic Hall Effect Sensors are incorporated with in a gap of 10mm inside the gear box for Servo or closed loop application. Motor is used in various Automation application, Welding Wire Feeder, Electro Plating machines, various pharma machinaries, battery operated instruments etc. Motor is designed for continuous duty class, Motor can also be offered with RPM Indicator as shown in the picture.
