UV Coatings for Wood Floor is the product system that is specially is required more advanced properties: high durability; superior hardness and flexibility; scratch, mar and abrasion resistance.
I. CLASSIFICATION
1. BTC-UV Adhesive primer: Main function of this paint is to increase adhesion between coating system and wood substrate. Especially apply for wood floor and some hard wood.
2. BTC-UV Floor Elastic sealer: Superior elasticity. It reduces the strength of impact force onto the coating surface.
3. BTC-UV Floor Hard sealer: High hardness. Its role is the bone system of floor coating. It increases the ability of anti-abrasion and anti-scratch.
4. BTC-UV Floor topcoat: This topcoat specially is synthesized to combine between hardness and toughness. Besides, it is excellently high abrasion, scratch, household chemical resistance.
II. GENERAL PROCEDURE
1. Substrate treatment:Fill and sand carefully, make sure the substrate is smooth andclear.
2. Wood filler: Solution to make a very smooth surface.
3. Primer: Increase the substrate adhesion and support mechanical property of coating.
4. Sealer: Apply Elastic sealer and Hard sealer alternatively on product in order toimprove mechanical property of coating.
5. Topcoat: Apply one layer or more to improve hardness and abrasion resistance.
Important note: Must stir paint solution before using. Clean all apparatus and machines after production. Sand thoroughly after each layer to get most effective adhesion.
III. PRESERVATION
* Must store the UV coating in cool place, keep far away from heat sources (flame, machines,..).
* Paint cans after using must be closed tightly. Avoid sunlight, dust, solvent and any straight solutions.
IV. SAFETY
* Components in UV coatings cannot be cured themselves without UV, therefore they are easy to get through skin. Safety working gloves and gauze mask are a must when contacting product. Clean thoroughly at once by soap within 60 minutes since skin touch.
* Keep out of eyes, skin and mouth.
