-TYP-906 is a CDMA FWT (Fixed Wireless Terminal) designed to provide better wireless connectivity between phone/ payphone and existing 800MHz CDMA network with high sensitivity to receive signal and large transmiting power to expand extensively the effective coverage of CDMA service. It can be used not only in networks where wired line telephones are difficult to deploy, but also in urban areas where operators are interested in offering new services to customers in order to increase market penetration.
