General type carriage SS-700 (Mini Submerged Carriage)

This carriage has solved the problems of conventional carriages manufactured by other companies(in Japan and Korea) and added more functions to maximize convenience and operation efficiency.

(1) Center of gravity: A weight is needed to balance the center of gravity in the conventional carriages. This carriage improved this and it can balance without using a weight

(2) Voltage and current control: As conventional carriages use a separate remote controller to control welding voltage and current, the operator has to get to the remote controller to adjust them. This carriage improved this and everything can be controlled in it(has a built in voltage and current meter)

(3) Welding control cable: Conventional carriages have separate control and welding cables. When the workplace needs to be cleaned or another welder is used, the cable and sub control box need to be disconnected and connected again. This carriage uses a single cable and it can be used as it is without having to disconnect or connect it again.

(4) Sub control box: Conventional carriages have a sub control box on the side of the welder. So, when another welder is to be used, the sub control box needs to be removed and installed again. With this carriage, power and welder control is done in it. So, another welder can be used right away by just connecting it without removing the sub control box.

(5) Travel direction, welding/no welding selection switch: This function is not provided by conventional carriages. Conventional carriages allow welding in one direction only. This carriage allows welding in in both directions. It is also possible to run the carriage
