The Longi-Vertical Upward Welding Carriage (SS-PLC30A) is a CO2 Automatic welding carriage for the longi-corner area of T-Bar. By using the MAG switch designed with 90 degrees, the under setting bar, LED lamps and the laser pointer which was set on the center of the carriage, the carriage is set quickly on the workpieces.
This carriage was designed to adopt the power line communication system and to reduce the weight. Therefore the carriage weighs 8 kg and results in decrease of Musculskeletal disorders (MSDs) of the workers.
Because the power line communication system uses the electic power line for controlling the welder, voltage and current of the welder is controlled from the carriage side and inching function is also controlled from the carriage side.
With the proximity sensors installed on the top of the carriage, welding work is carried out automatically and repeatedly at the initial setting position of the Longi which was aligned at the same height by using the stopper on the rail.
When setting the workpieces on T-Bar, they can be easily moved and assembled by magnetic system (ON/OFF) of MAG Switch. Any dust is removed clearly when MAG-OFF selected.
