Main Feature:

1. The main framework is split frame structure, jointed by high intensity bolt and sphenoid dovenail groove, the entire machine character is most advanced in the same domestic industry.

2. The rockerarm is jointed with main frame by suspend hinge, it has no back rotate bearing and gear gearing link, the rockerarm power is big, rotation speed of output shaft is low.

3. Adopt pin aline mode chainless traction system, big traction power, steady and reliable working, makes the shearer to adopt the work surface with big undulate bed plate.

4. Use pickaxe type cutter pick strength cylinder, reduce consumption of cutter pick, prolong lifetime of cylinder, increase rate of coal block.

5. Power supply voltage is 3300v, supplied by single cable.

6. Adopt on board AC conversion speed regulation system, raise the traction speed and force.

7. Adopt computer control, easy and reliable system, test and display the operation status at all time.

8. The main components of hydraulic and water loop systems are mainly gathering in the integrated package, less piping connect points, easy to maintain.

9. It has pressure flow switch, when water system pressure and flow is lower than the set scale, the machine cannot be started or it will be stopped, it assures the effect of cooling the spray dust removing.

10. It has inner and outer fog spraying, with good spraying effect.

11. All the operation switches, control buttons and display devices are set on the mined out side, easy and safety operation.

12. Cooling systems are set in rockerarm, traction transmission box, pump station system and middle control box.

13. Main electric elements such as convertor, bearings of transmission system are imported with high and realiable quality, the sealings of transimission system are made of fluorine rubber, impoves the machine reliability and prolong its work life.
