Production flow for the D shape door handle:
steel A3 wire drawing → cut steel A3 into piece to piece by using punching machine → facing & rounding → centerless grinding → bending by punching machine → drill threaded hole → polishing & coating                                                

we control the tolerance of center hole within 0.3mm.

drill both of the holes together, which can assure the consistency

critical dimension is the distance between two drill holes, that is used for assembly
