Two-roll rubber calendar is mainly used to Roll-extrusion for rubber-sheet. Sticking & friction rubber of fabrics. The rolls are made of chilled alloy cast iron with bored cavities and can be heated by steam or cooled by water homogenously to meet different requirements. The bearing bases need is moved and reached nip by worm and worm wheel. There are airproof device inboard the bearing bases. The bearing is lubricated by oil.
