Temperature Control Unit  s special designed for the measuring of insulation oil (liquid)tan delt dissipation factor and relative dilectric constant. The oil cup is air capacitance about 60pF.The device should work with Tan Delt Bridge to relize the measuring on oil dissipation factor.
