Low Energy Consumption 100 - 120V 24W Marine Aquarium LED Lights
Low energy consumption and Co2 emission is very important in offices, home and other areas. LED, unlike traditional metal halide lamp or fluorescent tube or incandescent bulbs, is very energy-saving by its high performance. LED outperforms other light options on the market by lowerenergy consumption and increased life span.
This line of lighting fixture apply LED technology to both marine and fresh- water aquarium and can also be used for growing plants indoors by different LED array. It is made of T8 aluminum tube, famous for its durable quality and high-glass appearance plus easily cleaning and light weight. It works in safe low voltage and is available in various sizes for choice to cover all sizes of tank . With the included bracket, it can be easily to install upon various open tank.
Applications:
With 12000K powerful LED lights, this lighting system can function same as the traditional metal halide light and create the great same lighting vision. While comparing with metal halide lamp, it has much more benefits: energy saving, 14v safe low voltage, low heating release, long life and intelligent controlling plus the moon-sun working mode. Compact and Slim-line lighting cover design bring more elegance to the aquarium system. It is a great choice for both marine and freshwater tank.
With optional Intelligent LED computer, you can set the working of each color of LED as desired to mode after sun..

Competitive Advantage:
Here is the major benefits brought by LED to the aquarium:
1, Metal halide bulbs emit UV radiation and need a UV shield to protect the corals (the corals may bleach with excessive UV). Hardly any UV radiation comes from LED’s. Four to one for LED’s. This LED light comes with UVA in 380nm, which benefits the coral’s growing.
2, The glitter lines produced by a metal halide bulb are very attractive and assist in making the captive reef appear more natural. LED’s also produce glitter lines and create the same natural lighting view.
3, The LED array has controls that will allow the light output to be adjusted for full sunlight, cloudy days, daylight, sunset or moonlight. The LED bulbs can be dimmed from maximum output to zero output.
4, A big problem with metal halides is the heat output. The radiated heat can and does warm up aquarium seawater. While LED's heat output is much lower. Also, the LED unit, however, has been shown to direct heat away from the aquarium seawater. This is done by means of fans. The seawater is not heated up.
5. Metal halide bulbs need to be changed at two years (or less), to avoid light intensity reduction and spectrum shift. While The LED lights can run for up to 50000 hours. Generally the ‘lights on’ period for a reef aquarium is 12 hours. This means the LED’s can run for 11 years!
