Working Principle:
European Type Impact Crusher use impact energy to crush the materials. When materials enter the working area of plate hammer, they are impacted then crushed by plate hammer at a high speed, and are thrown into the impact device installed at the upper part of the rotor for re-crushing, then rebounded into the working area of plate hammer from the impact scaleboard for re-crushing. This process is repeated until materials are crushed into demanded granularity and are discharged from lower part of the machine. The granularity and the shape of the materials can be changed by adjusting the gap between the impact frame and the rotor shaft. Spring safety device is adopted behind impact plate of the machine. When non-broken materials enter the crushing cavity, the front and rear impact frame fall.
Applications:
1. Used in Limestone Crushing
Limestone crushing process needs limestone crusher equipment. In this process, impact crusher is a common crushing machine used in limestone quarry. It has the functions of crushing and shaping, can make very good cubic shape. The stone materials are mainly used for road, highway, water conservancy, airport, civil construction etc. The market prices of stones made by impact crusher is higher than that by fineness jaw crusher or compound cone crusher; the quick wear parts cost of impact crusher is also high for high hardness stones.
2. European Type Impact Crusher is used in coal crushing
When talking about coal crusher, many manufacturers may think of using jaw crusher, but the extrusion principle of jaw crusher does not apply to the making of coal. The European Type Impact Crusher has a special processing technique. When the hammer worn and do not meet standards to combat adverse balance of forces, the sensor will record the magnitude of harmful torque, and after compared with expert system database, it will take out the corresponding amount of bearing clearance adjustment in order to be adjusted. The European Type Impact Crusher plays an important role in this area with its high performance.
3. Fired brick or tile crushing
Reduce fired brick and/or tile to a size suitable for "grog" which is recycled into a "pug" mill with raw materials. This may require crusher output to be closed circuited with screen.
