Working Principle:
Through the v-belts, pulley, transmission shaft, pinion and the bevel gear, the power will be transmitted from the electrical motor to the eccentric bushing. Thus the eccentric bushing begins to rotate, which will generate the friction force to drive the main shaft rotating and wiggling. Therefore, part of the mantle approaches the bowl liner to crush the material, while the other part of the mantle is a little bit far from the blow liner, between which the crushed products of required size will be discharged from the lower part after repeating crushing, extruding and bending.
1. Used in dolomite crushing
Dolomite is the main mineral component composed of dolomite and dolomite limestone. The dolomite can be used in building materials, porcelain, glass and refractory after dolomite crushing. In chemical industry, agriculture, environmental protection, energy conservation, etc, the dolomite is in a great demand too and so the dolomite crusher is widely applied. 2. Used in petroleum coke crushing
CS Series Cone Crusher is always used for the petroleum coke delivery/crushing operation for the electric power plant. The coke is delivered in a very wet condition and the bottom of the rail cars is usually dripping water. The coke is then lifted up to the roof of a very large barn and dumped onto the floor of the barn. The pile on the floor is allowed to remain there to drain the excess water. A front end loader takes the coke from the pile and dumps it into a crusher feed hopper where the large pieces are crushed in preparation for delivery into the boiler burner.
