  • By using newly developed three-axis conditioner,material pre-ripeness is effectively improved, so that output is increased;
  • Effectively allocate reasonable cutting force in different regions of extrusion barrel, under the premise of ensuring high quality, output is increased remarkably;
  • With making full use of steam heat energy instead of mechanical energy, power consumption is reduced greatly while output is raised.
 
How to ensure material apperance even?
  • Steady state of screw structure helps to enhance ripening uniformity of materials in the screw;
  • Fully intermeshing twin-screw mechanism of zero gap contributes to effectively controlling the shearing, so as to ensure consistent the pellet expansion coefficient and ripening time of all materials in the extruding barrel;
  • The patent structure of steady outflow of feeding device and double-mold technology can effectively ensure consistent each point of the material flow rate and extruded pellet uniform in length.

  • New fully wear-resisting alloy screw and bimetallic extruded cavity can effectively reduce wear and tear, which ensures the equipment to run in high capacity, high-quality state for a long term;
