These Filter will use welded wedge wire candle filters.haixing wedge wire candle filter are ideal for removing particles of very small size upto 20 microns. These filters can be easily washed through a back flush of the steam.We also provide options for different attachments to meet the specific process requirements of the clients.
Various types of filter media can be used in the Self Cleaning Candle Filter.
The candles filter elements are vertically positioned in horizontal collecting manifolds and are covered with a filter cloth. The filtration is from outside to inside. When the filtration cycle is completed, cake discharge is brought about by counter-current gas pressure in the interior of the candle. The quick pulse gas blow-back lifts the filter cloth from the support candle and the filter cake releases from the filter cloth and drops downFEATURES:
