Usage:
the sampler into the gun for measuring.
the measurement of molten steel sampler inclined 60℃-65℃, into the molten steel, into a depth of 350mm above, the sampling time 4-6s.
the sampler from the metal furnace, ladle to take, knocked to the ground gently moving, steel sample will be off the ground.
Note:
the sampler must be prevented at any moisture during storage.
the molten steel temperature must be above 1400 ℃sample.
to avoid strong vibration, to prevent crushing the quartz tube.
QR-KQY as a deoxidizing agent for steel samples with high oxygen content; QR-KQN oxygen-free agent for steel samples with low oxygen content.
