Dehydration screen is used in fine granularity dry and wet screening of coal cleaning and 
other departments, dehydration, desliming, reasonable structure, durable, the noise is small
, easy maintenance.

When selecting and ordering should indicate sieve structure (knitting, punching and sew), 
nets hole size, capacity, and the feed size.

Dehydration screen features:

This screen adopts flange vibrator, by two motor to drag the reverse direction and 
synchronization rotate, making the screen along the straight line direction to do periodic 
reciprocating motion, so as to achieve the grading dehydration. Screen box uses high 
strength bolt connection, the screen surface is composed by arc segment and line 
segment, structure strong and durable.

 

Sides and reinforcing plate steel beam, the connection between the sieve all adopt the
 special high strength ring groove rivets riveting, rivets shear strength high resistance,
 vibration, never move rivet, to avoid the welding defects cause cracking the side of the 
accidents.

 

Low alloy steel structure by (Q345C), making the equipment can still ensure the overall 
rigidity in -40 ℃ cold region.
