Neem leaf powder
Neem leaf is one of the most used parts of the neem tree. It is used in raw, powdered and as extracts and put to multiple uses. While earlier leaf powder was used in homes for keeping away pests and insects, protecting plants, used for facial masks to keep acne at bay, it is now being cultivated and grown on a large scale for exporting various finished products.
The fresh Neem leaves are collected from the tree. Then the leaves are cleaned in the water to remove the impurities. And then the leaves are dried in the hygienic atmosphere. The dried leaves are crushed in to fine powder. The dried Neem leaf powder is taken one to two gram per day, or consume one teaspoon of Neem leaf powder daily.
Neem leaves are considered safe to take internally on a regular or daily basis (provided you aren't pregnant or trying to conceive). In the thousands of years that people across India have been taking neem there have never been any reports of negative side effects from its leaves.
