2. Materials for Screw,pins and barrel:
A) Screw is made by nitriding steel (38CrMoALA), Surface is under nitrogen treatment, thickness ≥0.55mm, Hardness is ≥HRC62.
Hollow structure,Easy to control temperature,and no leakage after hydrostatic test , one hour -10kg/cm2.
B) Barrel is pin structure, axial drill cooling.
The lining bush of barrel also made by nitriding steel (38CrMoALA),after nitrogen treatment. Hardness is ≥HRC66,and thickness ≥0.55mm.
C) Pin is made by 40Cr
D) The materials of feeding roll is also made by nitriding steel (38CrMoALA), thickness of surface is ≥0.55mm, Hardness is ≥HRC62.
The gear of feeding roll is made from 20CrMoTi ,and surface is after carbrization,thickness 1.5mm,gain wear-resisting property.
