Multichannel fix bed reactor series of WFSM-3050, are widely used for rapid and efficient catalysts evaluation and selection. It contained at least eight parallel reaction channels with the same pressure (up to 5 MPa for quartz and stainless steel reactor) and temperature (from r.t. to 600 oC). The reactants could be mixtures of gas, and as well as liquids, for which the ways of direct liquid injection and liquid gasification could be used. And chromatograph or mass spectrometer was optionally utilized for on-line products analysis.
As we know, other similar products abroad using the mass flow-meter were applicable only to gas reactants and liquid reactants were not recommended. In contrast, mixtures of gas, and as well as liquid through the ways of direct liquid injection and liquid gasification, was available for the instrument.
In addition, the instrument has many other advantages e.g., structural optimization, precise temperature control, high repeatability, consistent channels, easy operation and programmable control. Hence, it is widely used in universities and institutes for high-efficiency catalysts evaluation and selection.
