  1. Insulation resistance: Use a DC500V high resistance gauge to measure the coil of motor and it's an outer shell when motor running in normal temperature and normal humidity, its value should be above 100MΩ.
  2. Insulation pressure endurance: Apply 60Hz, 1.5kV at the coil of motor and it's an outer shell for one minute without and extraordinary phenomenon when motor running in normal temperature and normal humidity.
  3. Temperature arises: Install two reduction gears or radiation plate of the same class at the motor. After rated running, test the coil by resistance method. Its value should be less than 80°C.
  4. Insulation Class: Class B (130°C).
  5. Overheat protection: Over heat shut down system.
  6. Environment temperature: -10°C~+50°C.
  7. Humid around the environment: Below 85% (No frosting happens).
