We cut the raw material into smaller pieces for some machines such as refine, dry mix and plasticity equipment before feeding the raw material into industrial rubber machines. The rubber blocks are inspected and graded before being accepted and put into storage. In the early years of rubber production, workers used saws to cut and check rubber blocks, which was inefficient, labor intensive and took more time.

Vertical guillotine rubber cutting machine operation is not particularly safe and needs more operators, therefore, this kind of rubber cutting machine is gradually being phased out. A horizontal disc rubber cutting machine is a new, more practical piece of cutting equipment that does not have the deficiencies mentioned above.

 

A horizontal disc rubber cutting machine cuts large rubber blocks off the main block and makes use of a cycloid motor to operate the blade and a hydro-cylinder which enables the work table to carry out a forward and backward movement.

A horizontal disc rubber cutting machine is a rotary disc cutting machine for cutting off rubber blocks (for example: natural rubber, reclaimed rubber, compound rubber, silica rubber). Mainly it is used in production cutting processes, but it can also be used for others materials.

A horizontal disc rubber cutting machine consists of a blade, work table, hydro-cylinder, hydraulic system, electronic control, a lubrication mechanism and a protective cover etc.
