Improvement in our production facility resulted in the introduction of the CNC and Rolling Machines which are capable of machining materials with diameters ranging from 3/8” to 5”. Other machineries at our disposal are capable of performing various functions such as cutting, chamfering, rethreading, stamping, bending etc. Hence, the facility that we have represents a complete production line that transpires to become a major manufacturing hub for bolting materials.

However, all is not well if we are unable to store the materials efficiently. Hence, we have implemented a comprehensive stock control system together with proper racking, distributed over three storage locations. The system allows us at Metonmas to know the level of stocks at hand & its respective locations. In addition, the system prompts the need for replenishment. Therefore, this allows us to place a lead time hence eliminating any delays in delivery.
