• The Cross Rail elevation system with dual, large diameter ball screws is designed to lock quickly at any position; the ram can be placed closer to the work piece, providing excellent rigidity when machining thin work pieces.
• The 240mm square ram is made of SCM435 forged steel and securely supported on all 4 slides. The cutting capacity and accuracy can be kept at optimum level, especially when the cutting tool is close to the rotary table surface.
