Body
We proudly present the aluminum body of our pneumatic actuator with the appealing “New Edge Design”. The inside and the outside surface are completely coated with hard anodizing. If you’re interested in the specification, here are advantages of aluminum hard coating: extremely abrasion resistant, low surface roughness and optimal resistance.
 
External Stroke Adjustment
A great time-saving innovation is released! You’ll find out when you mount our actuator on a valve, it’s easy and friendly to adjust the rotative angle with the precise cam system and it can also be replaced with the special cam of 0”~15” and 75”~90” size.
Moreover, this product can be simply adjusted by a screwdriver without disassembling.
 
Multifunction Position Indicator
The exchangeable color coded insert is suitable for a parallel, a 45 position of shaft or a multiport valve. Metal insert or cam insert are available for sensor, proximity or mechanical switch.
 
The Connections
ISO 5211.DIN 3337(F03-F25).VDI/VDE 3845(Size 0 to 4 ), ISO 1 (CNOMO) and NAMUR for flexible usability and exchangeability.

With rack and pinion construction the output torque of an actuator is obtained by multiplying the piston force (given by air supply pressure) and by the pitch shaft radius (lever arm) as shown in fig.1 less the force lost for friction (efficiency). Because of this concept, the output torque is linear as shown in the diagram; in both clockwise and counterclockwise rotation. The suggested safety factor for double acting actuators in normal working conditions is 15%-20%
