The Company has most advanced Triple Extrusion technology for manufacture of HT XLPE Cables. The Triple Extrusion technology ensures perfect interlayer bonding and are discharge free thereby increasing reliability and life of the Cable.

The Company has EHV CDCC Line from NOKIA FINLAND for manufacture of XLPE Cables upto 132 KV in totally dry atmosphere i.e., curing as well as cooling is carried out with Nitrogen thereby avoiding any water contact with the Insulation. This gives better product quality as compared to conventional CCV Line as mentioned below.
