PAYMENT & BANKING PROCEDURES

1. The Refinery issues & signs the Addendum of Transfer with the Buyer

 

2. Upon acceptance of the Signed Addendum, the Refinery will release all the necessary documentations as stated below;

 

- Bill of Lading

- Tank Receipt

- Q88

- Certificate of Origin

- Report Analysis (Product Passport).

 

3. Buyer pays for the Transfer of Title Ownership.

 

4. Upon confirmation of the Transfer of Title Ownership Fees, the Refinery shall transfer Ownership Title to Buyer’s name while the shipping company re-issues the Bill Of Lading and other Shipping documents in favor of the Buyer.

 

5. Buyer pays via T/T Wire transfer as per the Commercial Invoice after DTA or SGS inspection at the Destination Port.
