The machine is the high-tech products which integrates electricity, gas, light. The product is suitable for boxing all kinds of eyedropper bottle, glue bottle, little bulb and electronic, hardware. The stuff will be fed by vibration feeder. The machine can finish automatically all jobs such as manual folding, paper box opening, the stuff boxing, batch number printing, box sealing and so on. It can be used alone, or be linked with the other device.
1. Adopt PLC automatic control system, frequency conversion. The electrical components adopt international famous brands.
2. Photoelectric system monitors all parts moving. If there is malfunction during running, the wrong place will be shown and the machine stops automatically.
3. Reject automatically the box which is lack of stuff or manual.
4. If the stuff or manual lack, the paper box will stop feeding.
5. Main transmission has overload protection device.
6. Performance is stable. The operation is easy and convenience.
7. The machine can instead of 15-20 workers.
