Introduction:

JY-1x500 Stainless Steel slitting line is a small model slitting line to slit stainless steel coils of 500mm width and 0.3-1.0mm thickness.

The main composition:

coil loading car, decoiler, pinch-feeder, loop1, side guide, disc slitter, scrap reeler, loop 2, tensioner, recoiler and discharging car.

With simple and solid structure, the slitting line can precisely slit coil and recoil sub coils.
