The MC300 is a popular Televac vacuum gauge sensor controller utilized for vacuum pressure measurement. It allows for vacuum pressure measurement from the rough vacuum range into the high and ultra high vacuum ranges. It has a large, bright, easy to read LED front panel with touch controls and is half rack mountable. It includes built in self diagnostic capabilities with user selectable units of measurement in Torr, microns, mbar, or Pascal. It also has the capability of providing output compensation for Argon and Nitrogen gases. Four process relays in the unit are individually assignable for vacuum pressure set points, allowing easy control of external processes. In addition there are 0 to 10 V outputs for each attached vacuum pressure sensor. The relays and analog 0 to 10 V outputs allow for easy communication with a PLC. An operator lockout switch is included to prevent changes to pre-determined settings.
The modularity of the MC300 vacuum gauge controller makes it versatile and easy to use in a wide range of applications. The modularity also makes it cost effective, allowing the customer to only choose the exact vacuum gauge sensors and vacuum range that they desire to measure.
