 Product Station:
Ceramic fiber module is a kind of new type of refractory furnace lining product s to facilitate and accelerate the furnace construction, improve the integrity of furnace lining.  Ceramic fiber module can be snap on steel sheet anchor of industrial furnace mantle, with pure white color and accurate size. The good fire-proof and heat insulation improve the integrity of kiln refractory and heat insulation, drive the progress of furnace construction technology.
  Product feature:
1. The multi-form anchors in the back of the folded module make the module install can be adopt military-style arrangement or parquet-type arrangement
2. The folded blanket will be squeeze to different directions after removing tied, thus there will be no gap.
3. The flexible fiber blanket can resist the mechanical forces
4. The elasticity of the fiber blanket can make up the deformation of the furnace shell, making no generation gap among components.
5. Light weight, low heat absorption as the insulation material
6. Low thermal conductivity brings the high energy saving effect.
7. The lining body need none drying or curing, so put to use immediately after installed
8. The anchorage system is far away from the thermal surface, so the metal anchor is at a relatively low temperature.
