Quick Details
Specifications
The mBus 400 is a transparent converter from RS232 to M-Bus interface. You can connect 4 RS232 signal lines - RxD, TxD, CTS, RTS.
The converter operates as a M-Bus Master and allows you to power (connect) up to 400 standard M-Bus receivers (so called M-Bus Slaves) through M-Bus Master output. You can connect fewer devices at a higher M-Bus load over long distances. You can use mBus with any devices equipped with M-Bus interface, e.g. heat meters, electricity meters, gas meters, executive modules, recorders, measuring instruments.
The converter has LEDs indicating data transmission: transmission (TxD), reception (RxD), overload on M-Bus (ERROR), M-Bus ready (READY), power supply (POWER). Connection interfaces are made of screw connection terminal blocks. DIN rail mountable plastic housing (TS35)
