Over a 15-year experience in developing the most cutting-edge technologies and casting processes, the company has become one of the undisputed leaders in the market of manufacturing cast components, made from ductile iron (spherical graphite iron), alloyed cast iron and heat-resistant steels. Full, close-loop production cycle for castings as well as automated flaskless molding allows manufacturing up to 3000 tons of high-quality cast parts a year, aiming at both medium-batch and large-batch production schedules.

JSC 'DPL' is a state-of the art foundry, specializing in cast-iron of different types, with a primary focus on the casting of the ductile iron. The range of castings weight spans from 0,2 kg to 1000 kg, employing the technologies of green-sand molding and Vacuum molding. Both processes are supplied by modern casting machinery from the world's leading supplier of foundry equipment - Heinrich Wagner Sinto VDT-6 for Vacuum molding process (V-process) and Heinrich Wagner Sinto FBO-II and Sintokogio FDNX for automatic flaskless molding. 

Our company produces molding cores and core boxes with its own core-shooting equipment working with shell-process and Resol-CO2-processes with the help of the machines Harrison 1016DS (double-station shell process) and Roeperwerk Kernschiessmachine Typ-25 (Resol-CO2-process). Highest quality of surface, unique precision characteristics and outstanding productibility of the equipment is proven by a wide variety of clientele from all around Europe.
